Ahhh, the day and age when a normal person could go to McDonald’s and get a bite to eat without the fear of bloody fries are gone! What is it with fast food establishments now a days? First, the food is nasty enough to make a cockroach sick, and now we have to worry about someone leaving their body fluids on the food. Yuk, can I have the catsup substitute, aka your blood. The case I am talking about took place recently in North Carolina. In this case the store actually owned up to the blood and fired the employee. Now the North Carolina McDonald’s does not want to pay for the victims med bills to be checked for diseases. Hmmmm, sounds fair, you bleed on my food, you should pay for the bills. Oh well, maybe the victim learned a valuable lesson, DON’T EAT THERE AGAIN!
Do we really have to have another one?
Friday the 13th, an 80’s classic to be sure but now in 2006, I am sorry to say, it has gotten a bit played out. New Line recently announced they were planning on the release on Oct, 13th, (hint it’s a Friday). Unfortunately they have no director, or cast, or well no movie, just a script and a “vision”. Okay folks I am sure this is going to be one up on the Freddy vs. Jason disaster, I mean block stinker, but can we just let these guys die already. You know now that I think about it, I really want to see what the 40th installment to the series is like. I am sure the story changes, Jason comes kills and leaves oh ya and he can’t be destroyed, did I miss something? I can’t lie, I will be one of the people dragging my wife to the theater to see it because it’s there and the marketing was good. My suggestion is let Quentin Tarantino direct it, ya baby, that will make it work.
To Protect and Serve?????
In San Antonio, TX, an out of town SWAT team was robbed of weapons and a badge and laptops. Wow, good thing I don’t live in their town. I would really feel safe. “Hey bubba, ya got dem guns”. I am not trying to put down the police by any means but come on everyone knows not to leave stuff unsecured. Uhhh, your in Texas, the state of park it and watch it disappear. The article I read did not state specifics on how many weapons were stolen or the type, but does it really matter? It was a dumb move on the side of the police, they the SWAT, should be better than that.
Recommendation for after school care
Shaun Ellis, 24, the young man accused of using a taser on a 13 year old boy in an after school program has been charged with 2nd degree assault. Gosh, you mean to tell me that was a little out of hand. I’m sure the kid was mouthing off, or just being a snot, and this was a form of discipline. Actually I think I read this method of keeping kids in line in one of those Dr. Phil horror books. First choice was locking in a cage and teasing with a stick, if that was unsuccessful then you could move up to pulling out toe nails, and then shoot the kid with a taser. All in all sounds like fun, oh well, good old Shaun has now been charged. I hear he will be starting a late night babysitting company, it is reported that Michael Jackson will be partnering up for “entertainment” of all the kids. I can’t wait for registration.
